Our Mission & Beliefs

Mission

We believe that our mission as a church is to help people find their way back to God. Everything we do flows from this calling. We want to be a place where people encounter Jesus, experience His love, and are equipped to live as His disciples.

We live out this mission and model this culture by:

  • COMING together weekly for worship. We gather as a family to connect with God, lift His name in praise, and love others as Jesus commanded (Mark 12:29–31). Worship is where we re-center our lives around Christ and remind one another that we belong to Him.
  • GROWING and MATURING in Christ. We believe discipleship is a journey, not a destination. Through Sunday School classes, Wednesday night Bible studies, and life-on-life relationships, we learn God’s Word, deepen our faith, and encourage each other to live transformed lives (Romans 12:3).
  • SERVING faithfully with the gifts God has given us. Every person has a role to play in the body of Christ. At Kingfisher Nazarene, we choose to serve in ministries that bless our church family and community, living as contributors rather than consumers (1 Peter 4:10–11).
  • GOING into the world with the gospel. We are committed to the lifelong mission of seeing people come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord. Whether across the street or across the globe, we live with open hands and willing hearts to be sent wherever Christ leads (Mark 16:15).

Together, we are a church family that comes, grows, serves, and goes—seeking to make Christ known in Kingfisher and beyond.
